A3144 Digital Hall-Effect Magnetic Proximity Sensor

The A3144 is a digital magnetic switch IC containing a Hall voltage generator, voltage regulator, reverse battery diode, and open-collector output transistor. When a South magnetic pole approaches, the output switches low, enabling non-contact RPM tachometers and door sensors.
