The HTU21D by TE Connectivity is a digital relative humidity sensor with calibrated temperature output. Featuring a protective PTFE membrane over its capacitive polymer sensor die, it provides exceptional long-term stability and fast 5-second recovery from condensation.

• Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C (±0.3°C accuracy at 25°C)
• Resolution: Selectable 8/12-bit to 12/14-bit resolution
• Interface: I2C digital bus with CRC checksum verification
• Operating Voltage: 1.5V to 3.6V (breakout module includes 3.3V regulator)
• Low Power: 2.7 μW @ 8-bit resolution, 0.14 μA in sleep mode
