INA219 I2C High-Side Current & Power Monitor Breakout

The INA219 is an all-in-one bi-directional current and bus voltage monitor by Texas Instruments. Using an onboard 0.1Ω 1% precision shunt resistor, it automatically calculates bus voltage, shunt voltage, current draw, and power dissipation with 1% accuracy over I2C.
