KY-040 Incremental Rotary Encoder Module with Pushbutton

The KY-040 is a continuous 360-degree rotary encoder providing 20 steps per full rotation with distinct tactile detents. By monitoring the phase relationship between its two quadrature outputs (CLK and DT), microcontrollers detect both rotational direction and speed.
